AB Coaster fitness bench

AB Coaster weight bench is primarily intended for effective strengthening of abdominal muscles, but thanks to practical accessories, its use is much more versatile than similar benches of this type and is therefore great for comprehensive whole body training. Its construction is made of sufficiently strong steel profiles. handles made of non-slip foam and the lying part is softly padded, PVC coated, which guarantees high comfort during exercise. After you finish training you can fold the bench in a few seconds and store it easily.

Individual functions of the AB Coaster weight bench:
Abdominal muscle booster
It works on the principle of moving on an inclined plane and overcoming the resistance of the body weight. Simply insert your knees between the lower foam rollers attached to the sliding mechanism and pull on the handle.You can choose from up to three levels of difficulty. The booster is equipped with a digital monitoring meter that countse number of crunches in total, the number of crunches per minute, exercise time and the calories.

Exercises on a Sit-Up bench
Thanks to the padded lying part and the armrests and footrests, it is possible to perform classic exercises on a Sit-Up bench, such as crunch, leg raise, sit-ups or hyperextension. These exercises activate the back muscles, abdominal muscles, trapezius muscles, leg and buttock muscles.

Exercises with resistance bands
The multifunctional bench also includes two resistance bands. After catching the bands to the standing part of the bench, you can strengthen the arms, shoulders or oblique back muscles by pulling, either standing or sitting on the bench.
