If you want strengthen the abdominal muscles during fitness training, then a Sit-Up decline bench is the right choice. The Abdom Sit-Up bench has a steel frame with a padded board and two footrests with foam anti-slip rollers. The height of the lower footrest can be adjusted in three positions. The inclination of the bench is fixed in one position by steel pin. After removal the safety pin, the bench can be easily folded and it is not a problem to transport it or store it anywhere.
