Thanks to its shape, it is suitable not only for standard exercises, jumping and jumping, but also as an impact pad for various acrobatic elements. This mat will be used by gymnasts, parkourists, athletes, dancers, wrestlers and, in a way, all sports clubs that take care of the training of children and adults. This training aid will fill a proportion of your gym, garden or any space where you will use it. Several athletes can train at the same time. The Air Mat absorbs shocks and therefore reduces the risk of injury during exercise. After each use, carefully check the area where you will place the pad. Avoid sharp edges and various bumps. In the case of outdoor use in the garden or in the park, we recommend using a base pad that would protect the mat itself from possible damage. Also, before exercise, check the inflation pressure to match your training goals. If you leave the Air Mat less inflated, it becomes a great spring surface for training individual jumps. Otherwise, when fully inflated, the mat will be sufficient support for training the uprights, boilers and throws. Inflation (lasting 10 - 15 minutes) takes place using an electric compressor, which is part of the package. In the absence of electricity, you can purchase Air 120 or Air 180 hand pumps, but the inflation time will be considerably longer.
