Box Hook is a special training aid for boxers and figthers of mixed martial arts. It is suitable not only for adults, but also for children, who will definitely spend a lot of time with this training aid. Hook mainly develops an individual's speed skills and striking technique. The package includes the pear itself, a pump and a carabiner. Thread the carabiner in the uninflated state with the eye of a pear on the binding side. Then, using a carabiner, simply attach the pear to the prepared stand on the anchor or horizontal bar and start training. If you do not have a suitable space, you can also use a piece of string.
