The resistance ropes Boxing Band Set is designed for effective training of boxers and wrestlers. However, it will also arrange all-round development for other sports. Whether it's football, hockey, volleyball or fitness, these expanders will make your training much more difficult, so you can move your performance further. The package includes a total of four expanders of two sizes, 2 handles for the lower limbs, 2 handles for the upper limbs, 2 handles and a lumbar belt for complete fastening of the expanders. The belt and handles are with velcro, so you can adjust them individually as needed. Use this training aid to exercise your whole body. You can also focus on individual muscle areas. The aid is suitable for men and women. You can choose from several colors and weights. Green and yellow resistance rubbers correspond to a total resistance of 45 kg and blue with red resistance 55 kg.
