It is neccessary to mount the construction to the concrete wall or to the brick wall at least to safe and efficient performing. So attach it to the wall with screws and dowels that included at the first time. A space between the two beams is 50 cm. The horizonatal bar is 30 cm distanced from wall after proper mounting. There are additional plastic grips on the two beams to other workout performing. The Chin Up Bar Z452 is designed for sportsmen with weight up to 120 kg.
