Recommended dosage: Mix a dose of 3.5 g (about ¾ scoop) in a drink. Use no more than once a day. It is suitable to combine with carbohydrates (e.g. together with a gainer). Do not exceed the recommended dosage. After opening, store at a temperature of up to 25 °C and consume within 6 months.
