The spare door anchor serves as a replacement for the suspension system. Complements the use of expanders and resistance rubbers. You can train almost the same as on the suspension system. You pass the end with a thicker cylinder behind the door, which you then close. We also recommend locking the door. On the other side of this tool, you clamp the given expander or resistance rubber. A carabiner, which is often the contents of the expander package or an ordinary fox loop, will suffice. Thanks to this, you can strengthen each side of the body separately and you can better concentrate on the correct execution of exercises.
