Excellent Plus push up handles

Strengthen the abdominal muscles shoulders, triceps, chest and back by colour especially. Simply put the handles into the colored positions on the board and start the push up session. The board offers 10 positions for exercise: 3 for shoulders (red color), 3 for triceps (green color) and 4 for back (yellow color).
