Gymballs

We offer gymnastic balls from the leading producers Merco and LiveUp. In our e-shop you can order children's gymnastic balls, classic gymnastic balls, balls with massage bumps or ball in shape of „peanut“ or „donut“. Furtner, we offer pumps for easy inflating of balls. Gymnastic ball or gymball is an excellent aid for rehabilitation exercises, fitness, training of the balance or after long sitting. When choosing a ball the size thereof is important - if you sit down on the ball uprightly and lay your feet on the floor, your hip joint and knee should hold the right angle. The advantage of the gymnastic ball is that it is not stabile and this way you keep training your balance during exercising.
