The weight represents sandbags (7 front and 7 rear), which are evenly distributed so that there is no one-sided loading of the body and the vest fits well even with a maximum weight of 20 kg. The weight can be regulated by simply removing the bags from the pockets. You fasten the vest to the body with two Velcro straps and a double steel buckle.
