Use:
Spread the seeds on the surface of the bowl and pour water over them twice a day. One glass is enough. Excess water will accumulate in the bottom bowl, which must be emptied regularly.

The Difference Between Sprouts and Microgreens:
Microgreens, or young sprouts, are essentially just another developmental stage of sprouts. Beans or other seeds germinate in approximately 2-3 days. day after soaking. If you let them continue to grow, they will turn into small green plants on the fifth day - so-called Microgreens.
