With this bar, you can easily strengthen your legs, arms, abdomen or your back, at home, in the office or outdoors. The strength bar is divided into two parts, which you can simply snap together using the classic Pin-Up system, so you can easily fold this training aid into any backpack, while thanks to its low weight (0.5 kg) you can carry it practical anywhere. The surface of the steel rod is made of soft, very pleasant to the touch foam (Eva foam). The package includes instructions for use with the exercise magazine.
