The withania somnifera plant, or ashwagandha, is a small shrub with yellow flowers that is native to India and Southeast Asia. It is one of the most powerful herbs of Ayurvedic medicine, also known as "Indian ginseng". It is used in Ayurvedic medicine to promote energy, vitality, physical stamina and mental well-being.

Bacopa monieri
It is a small creeping herb that is popular in traditional Indian or Ayurvedic medicine. In Ayurveda, it is commonly referred to as Brahmi, which translates as cosmic knowledge. In folk medicine, it is sought for the purpose of contributing to mental well-being, proper cognitive functions and support of concentration.

Bioperine®
Standardized extract from the fruits of Piper Nigrum (black pepper tree), is the only piperine product that has received patented status for its ability to increase the bioavailability of nutrients.

Recommended dosage: mix a dose 15 g (1/2 scoop) with 250 ml of water. Drink ca. 30 minutes before strength character physical activity. During endurance activities, it is neccessary to supply this product with carbohydrates and more liquids intake (e.g. ISODRINX). Maximum daily dose is 15 g. Do not exceed the recommended dosage. Once opened, keep in temperature not exceeding 25 °C and consume within 3 months.
