Merco Slidder 2.3 is a special sliding mat designed for home exercises and bodyweight training. The slide board offers a wide spectrum of effective exercise and strengthening of the muscles of the whole body. The package includes a board and two textile covers that you put on your hands or feet. Always place the mat on a solid and level surface. The folding mat with a total length of 230 cm and a width of 50 cm weighs only 1,4 kg. Thanks to this, it is very compact and you can take it with you anytime and anywhere. The mat can also be used as a skating trainer. Less friction can be achieved by using a silicone oil spray (not included).
