How to chooce the correct size?
If you have no way to try Spectra on before purchasing, you can use the following method to measure your face size: Close your mouth and measure the distance between the edge of your chin and your eyebrows (picture). If the distance is smaller than 12 cm, choose S size. If the distance is greater – choose L.
