Balance balls

Balance balls Merco

Balance ball consists of a plate and a dome. Depending on which exercises you want to practise the ball can be used either with the plate up or down. If the pad is put on the flat part it provides you with unstable surface for exercising however it remains firmly anchored on the floor. The risk of fall does not endanger you. The pad can be used in this position for many standard exercises and increase the effectivity thereof. If you lay the pad on the rounded part it becomes much more unstable space for balance training.   There are massage bumps on the dome part of some pads to stimulate nerve ending on the feet. When massaging them you support the right function of the internal organs and blood circulation. We recommend to exercise on the pads of the type BOSU in shoes.
