Triangular strengthening machine

The Triangular weight bench is designed primarily for effective strengthening of the abdominal muscles, but thanks to practical accessories, its use is much more versatile and is therefore great for whole-body training. Its triangular construction is made of strong steel profiles, handles are made of anti-slip foam. The seating part is softly padded, coated with PVC, which guarantees comfort during exercise. During training, you can monitor your performance on a digital meter. After the exercise, you can fold the bench in a few seconds and store it easily.

Exercises on a Sit-Up bench
When securing the seat to a stable position (choice of 3 positions), you can, thanks to the construction with spring and rollers and footrests, perform exercises on an inclined bench, such as sit-ups, arm strengthening by pushing the rollers, exercises with dumbbells, etc. The exercises activate the back muscles, abdominal muscles, trapezius muscles, leg and buttock muscles.
Abdominal muscle booster
It works on the principle of moving on an inclined plane and overcoming the resistance of the body weight. You release the steel locking pin under the seat part, which slides down the frame to the lower part. Then place your knees on the seat and pull on the handle. You can choose from up to four levels of difficulty (four frame heights). The booster is equipped with a digital monitoring meter that counts number of crunches in total, the number of crunches per minute, exercise time and the calories.
Exercises with resistance bands
The multifunctional bench also includes two flexible resistance bands with handles and an eye for attachment. After catching the mesh to the standing part of the bench, you can strengthen the arms, shoulders or back muscles by pulling, either standing or sitting on the bench.
