The Epicstar balance board is the result of cooperation with elite athletes and movement experts. Ideal for everyone from complete beginners to experienced athletes. It is the perfect tool for sports where balance is important - eg skiing, snowboarding, windsurfing, kiting, martial arts, tennis, athletics, fitness and many more. Exercising on the Epicstar balance board helps in the rehabilitation of knees, ankles, and hips and prevents injuries to these joints by strengthening their surrounding muscles - the joints are then more stable.

The top plate of the Epicstar balance board is coated with a non-slip layer that is pleasant for bare feet and at the same time sufficiently durable for the soles. The roller of the Epicstar balance board can also be used indoors, without the need for a carpet. The balance board allows you to perform tricks after mastering the basic level. For greater safety, the board is equipped with end stops from below, on which you can stick self-adhesive soft pads for increased floor protection.

The package includes a strength bar with rubber expanders, a door anchor and an ankle strap. It is a modern strengthening device that enables the systematic strengthening of all muscle parts. Strength expanders are a great all-purpose tool to strengthen and stretch muscles and to increase performance during stretching exercises. The rubber can be used both for strength training with your own weight and for endurance training. This set offers three pairs of expanders with different degrees of resistance.

The door anchor expands the use of resistance rubbers. You can exercise in almost the same way as on a hanging system. Pull the anchor roller into the door so that the door closes with a pull, or you can place it next to the door hinge. You fasten the given expander to the loop of the cylinder using the carabiner included in the package. Thanks to this, you can strengthen each side of the body separately and thus better concentrate on the correct execution of the exercises.
