Everyone already knows the classic yoga rollers. The foam half-roller Yoga Roller F7 is a unique training aid for gymnastic, rehabilitation and relaxation exercises, yoga or pilates. Unlike a classic roller, it provides more stable support during exercise thanks to a flat base. The half-roller is made of durable EVA foam, which does not change its shape and provides great support during exercise. The small protrusions on the roller pleasantly massage the parts of the body. We offer the Yoga Roller F7 half-roller in different lengths - 30 cm, 45 cm, 60 cm or 90 cm.
