Press weight bench is an ideal aid for home fitness training focused on bench press exercises and strengthening muscles of the upper body. The bench is easy to store and portable. You simply remove the safety pin after training, lift the seat and place the bench to a vertical position wherever you need.
The height of barbell rack can be adjusted to up to 6 different positions. The in frame integrated handles for triceps workout is also hight adjustable. A fixed rack stand is used for quick storage of the barbell.
The padded seat has a fixed height of the back side and an adjustable height of the front side in 2 positions. You can incline the bench after removing the front leg. Velcro strap which is attached to the bench, can be used to fix your legs by Sit-Up exercises.
Whether you do bench press , strengthen your arms, shoulders or pectoral muscles with dumbbells, you will use the Press weight bench 100%.
